INGREDIENTES:
2 xícaras de (chá) de açúcar
3 colheres de(sopa) de manteiga
1 xícara (chá) de suco de maracujá
6 gemas
2 claras
4 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho
1 xícara (chá) de coco ralado (100g)
MODO DE PREPARO:
Leve ao fogo o açúcar com uma xícara (chá) de água, até ferver. Abaixe o fogo, junte a manteiga, o suco e deixe esfriar. Reserve. Bata no liquidificador as gemas e a maisena. Desligue e junte o coco e a calda de maracujá reservada, misturando bem. Despeje numa forma (média) untada com margarina, por 40 minutos. Deixe amornar e desenforme. Sirva frio.
